Beverly Richards, J.D., M.A., L.S.W

A seasoned leader with a lifelong dedication to service to individuals with disabilities​, Beverly Richards is the former Chief Executive Officer, EasterSeals Northern Ohio, and has held numerous community and non-profit leadership positions. Her philosophy behind this work is rooted in strategic planning and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, which will enable her to guide MI-UCP into its next phase of growth. She has a proven track record of demonstrating a visionary approach in enhancing community partnerships and leading teams to achieve organizational excellence.
